Land Engineering, Inc. is a small business providing land surveying and civil engineering
services throughout the Atlanta area. Our goal is to provide high quality, innovative and cost
effective services on every project. Founder Mitch Paulk is a licensed professional engineer
and land surveyor. He is actively involved in every project and works directly with each client.
With today’s economy, firms have to stand out to succeed. Land Engineering has managed to
grow during the past three years by doing just that. We pride ourselves in the quality of our
work and always exceed our client’s expectations. Our success is hinged on the long term
relationships that result from high quality work and exceptional customer service. We work
closely with our clients to understand their goals and obstacles. Our technical and
communication skills allow us to work closely with planning & zoning, community
development, engineering and public works departments.
Land Engineering has been fortunate and privileged during the past three years to provide
consulting services to a number of public and private sector clients including Counties, Cities,
Colleges, Department of Natural Resources, MARTA, GRTA and various developers, banks,
churches, contractors and consultants.
